Have you heard about The Elders? A group of older, wiser world leaders. ‘Out of deep concern for the challenges currently facing all of the people of our world, Nelson Mandela, Graça Machel and Desmond Tutu have convened a group of leaders to contribute their wisdom, independent leadership and integrity to tackling some of the world’s toughest problems.’ http://www.theelders.org
It seems that there are many wise men in other cultures, where the generations are not so dislocated and communities are not so fragmented as they are in the West, and where the old do not retire to a bungalow near the golf course, but stay in the community to bring on the younger ones.
strange how the little man has no eyes?!

like the relationship stuff “I think it comes with relationships.”, as an idea it catches something of the nature of God the Trinity.

What is wisdom?
It is when you realise that there are no wise people.
Now that this is plain to you, Grasshopper, you can break this plank of wood with your little finger.
