Very cool.
Not all churches are bad, but it does seem like its getting to be a disproportionately high number lately.

i guess it depends on what the issues are, andrew.
all churches have problems, but isn’t it about honestly facing the truth of what we’re like? some may have jumped ship for good reasons, others for an easier life (although i suppose that could be a good reason)… but wherever they’ve jumped to will also have its faults though they may be more obscured by ’success’, without knowing more about the issues its hard to comment.
i wish you all the best as you work it out.

ps. broken aeroplanes can be restored or scrapped. it’s a choice to be made. remember, big fancy aeroplanes can pollute the air. if church isn’t about loving, serving community, what is it about?

This is the story of my Church I feel right now. there are a few who have looked out the window and seeing other planes taking off a flying just fine have grabbed the few parachutes and jumped ship. there are one or two of us now who are looking out know there are a few more parachutes left but feel too much for the people that have been straped down and don’t want to face the problem. How on earth do we pull out of the nose dive or should we just save ourselves?

In other words HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

oso… hahaha… you could guarantee a million and one different interpretations of the manual within seconds! i bet the best pilots have to improvise from time to time to keep their passengers safe… you can just imagine someone with a manual getting right on his nerves.

Actually the real solution is to make sure that the right people read the instruction manual correctly and do what it says.
