love it! my church is getting a building that is fondly known locally as ‘The Toblerone’ as it grows near completion. Living in a new town with no church at all, the congregation generally supports the idea of getting a building but there are many among us who feel the money should be used in other ways.
Robb (#3) I’ve heard of another church name which might amuse you “The Church of the Big Hole”. (It was included in a list of church names in the Wittenberg Door, which also included such names as Happy Church, Pink Door Church (that’s the one second from the right) and Country Club Christian Church. But the Church of the Big Hole was my favourite on the list).

I was leading an away day the other day for a church known as “the one with the witches hat”.
I wondered what it was all about until I saw it!

That’s pretty. I esp. like the purple one that looks like a mosque. We should have more Byzantine looking churches – I feel more at home with those.

I expect at the Country Club Church they have cheese with their wine instead of bread.

“Well, what did you expect from a bag of mixed seeds?”
Eventually something would bloom?

great pic
Bristol has proudly anounced that the club with a fatal shooting has been turned into a church:-
Dean Myles, 19, from London, was shot during a Jamaican-themed dance night at Club UK in Stokes Croft. No-one has been convicted of his murder.
The Nigerian-based Pentecostal Holiness Ministry has opened the building as the Redeemed Christian Church of God led by Pastor Kasali Fatai.

@beatthedrum I’ve only got ones of the industrial unit once it was finished. Unless you count ones from Foundation’s Day which are on flickr (http://www.flickr.com/photos/hjdx/sets/72157613786200811/)
perhaps all the roots should be connected underground
